REATAIL EXPERIENCE DESIGN - Luxottica St. Louis

A new retail experience in Vision Care
We created a comprehensive design solution for Crown Vision Center, one of St. Louis’ largest eye care providers. The redesign of the interior environment focusses specifically on the the shopper retail experience. 
Our aim was to enhance and advance the traditional eye care experience, ultimately driving an increase in sales and a more efficient patient/costumer journey.
Current Environment
Using the existing fixtures as a base, our elevated experience transforms the environment using additional elements developed specifically to affect the retail experience. These were Merchandise Lighting, Materials & Finishes, Environment Shape & Form, Environment Equity Signage & Wayfinding and Applied Color Palette. We used geometric shapes to create a contemporary, sophisticated atmosphere. We chose clean, natural materials to accentuate products while adding a feeling of spaciousness. We also used contrasting materials that when positioned strategically, attract the eye to key areas of focus.
Overall this project shows that the use of iconic devices - such as color, typography, materials, etc. - can create a space that is both welcoming and consistent with
the elegance shoppers aspire to.
